The St. Andrew's Bach Society celebrates its 20 years of cultural service with special concerts and events dedicated to the music of J. S. Bach. The 2008 inaugural work will be a chamber version of the Mass in B minor, BWV 232 inspired by the research and findings of Joshua Rifkin (June 20 & 22). The Bach Lives! project also includes a free lecture about the Mass by musicologist Dr. John Brobeck (June 19) and included a special performance class by Steven Moeckel on the solo sonatas, suites, and partitas of J.
